- OOOliveSep 25, 20261.0I used to look forward to shopping here because there was always a great selection at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly lately. Today, I walked into the store and there were at least four resellers, and they were actively conducting a live sale inside the store. They were speaking loudly, taking up space, and behaving as though the store were their own personal selling space. What was especially disappointing was that none of the employees appeared to address the situation or ask them to be more considerate of the other customers. The resellers were extremely loud and rude and seemed completely inconsiderate of the people around them. It made it difficult for actual customers to browse and shop comfortably. What used to be an enjoyable shopping experience now feels chaotic and unpleasant. I’m very disappointed with how the store is being managed. Customers should be able to shop comfortably without having their experience disrupted by loud, inconsiderate resellers conducting live sales inside the store. I really hope management addresses this.
- BTBailey TinsleySep 7, 20265.0Great location. Alex and Star were super helpful and made sure I had all the help I needed. The clothing varies each time you go, so check back for sales and new styles. Update as of September 19, Xavier helped me out today and he was fantastic!

- AKAngelina KeckAug 8, 20265.0This is at the outlet mall and actually had some good deals. There was a huge line to try on clothes and a lot of the deals were final sales.
- RAReham AbuabeilehJul 12, 20265.0I bought a lululemon jacket without trying it on because I’m always a set size with lululemon, but the jacket came up to be way too tight and not true to size. Sydney helped me out and offered an exchange as a one time exception although the guy at the front desk refused to do so. Thanks Sydney for the outstanding customer service!
