Better than the last company that I used. Originally, I was with a company called Intox***ck. They lied and were completely dishonest. Lifesafer seems to be an honest genuine business in practice. However, I've had their PAM unit for well over a year and the device seems like it was something that two old cops put together in their garage. I was chastised frequently for missing tests that I knew that I had taken and passed. When I called Lifesafer to resolve the problem they were little help as I spoke to a very nice representative who was obviously in his home probably fielding service calls for many businesses. They are so worried about potential tampering or theft of IP that the best answer that I could get was to video all my tests for my own protection. For $108 a month I feel I should get a more reliable service. I could buy a $20 breathalyzer online and do that. I have a feeling it has something to do with battery and location but they hold that information to close to the vest to be helpful. I just had the ignition interlock installed so the quality of that device has yet to be seen. Overall, they are the better of the two evils that I have experienced in this process.
