- PAPatricc Avery1 day ago1.0I went in for the $10 off 10 i'm in the wheelchair, so it's not very easy for me to get around and 4 times I was turned away by the same manager ( young Hispanic guy )who kept telling me different rules about the coupon first time. I tried to use it on clearance. He said, no. Next time, I tried to use that makeup full price. No clearance still said, no. Next, I tried to use it on towels that were just on sale.And he said, no. So I gave up and that the store without purchasing

Ring was dropped off over a month ago and everytime we need an update we call or go in and we get the run around, email was sent, trying to get an update etc etc. Called store and spoke with manager Johanna and she stated assistant manager would call back. No call back. Called corporate number and got the run around there as well. Customer service either in person or over the phone is non existent. Now I understand why these box stores eventually close down.
