  I recently shopped at the BOSS Outlet in Cypress and spent around $600 on just 7 items. To be fair, the clothes were great, the discounts were good, and the quality was exactly what I expected from the brand. The cashier was also very helpful and patient with sizes and assistance. However, the entire experience was ruined by the manager. All 7 items were packed into one giant bag that became so heavy it was uncomfortable to carry around for the rest of the day. Since we were a group of 3 people, I politely requested extra bags so we could split the items and carry them comfortably. After repeatedly requesting, the cashier kindly agreed to give one small additional bag. Then suddenly, after payment was already completed, the manager came over and said I had to return that extra bag because they had "already accommodated" everything in one bag. We were literally told they had fewer bags available. So after spending around $600 at a premium brand, the outcome was that 3 people were standing there trying to figure out how to carry purchases. Ironically, the other 2 people in our group ended up carrying clothes in their hands without bags to get to their respective places. It would actually be funny if it wasn't so ridiculous. The manager was also on the floor the whole time. I asked him three different times regarding a query and each time he brushed me off by saying the cashier would help me. I didn't even know he was the manager at that point. Great products, great discounts, good cashier service — but extremely disappointing management and customer handling. A premium brand should not make customers feel like asking for an extra shopping bag is asking for some special privilege.

  One star because I couldn’t give negative. Worst customer service ever. I miss my Boss Store in Dubai!

  The store is a complete mess, the fitting rooms are dirty, the racks are messy. On top of that if you spend time choosing your stuff on the clearance tables when you try to pay they inform you that those are not in sale even if you take them from that table.
