  Went in to the store yesterday with my mom who brought a bucket of clothes , folded & most with tags . The girl at the front told my mom "We dont accept old people clothes". Mind you my mom does not "dress old" nor did they even look at her things before making such a nasty comment , rude comments about sizes as well when signs were showing up to 3x - 6x etc. Also scrubs were still in packages , never used , when clothes were given back they were just thrown in bucket , Items were actually missing . Also asking for a day time job just to get a feel of the customer service , the "hiring manager" not sure what his name was , was very dismissive and looked at me up and down and said they were not hiring , mean while I was next to the fitting rooms of a group of teens/ maybe early 20's (1 out of the group) giving their experience with jobs & a female writting things down , which seemed to sound like an interview. Not sure if this was because I was hispanic & the other person was not but definitely gave unwelcoming and discrimination vibes . Customer service was terrible in general . Definitely do better . 👏🏼 the atmosphere was disgusting !

  Went there on family and friends day and they were the nicest people , they had staff walking around and making sure customers were okay and didn’t need anything , will definitely come back !

  Rude, lack of respect and just inconsiderate when it came to dealing with other people’s property and even more so once you respectfully decline the offer they give you their attitude changes completely as if you wasted their time. Definitely needs improvement on basic courtesy for customers regardless of wether they feel they added value to their business.

  I walked in with a few items to sell, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My concern is not that certain items were not accepted, as I understand every resale store has its own standards. The disappointment came from the dismissive customer service and the lack of care shown when returning the belongings. Whether items are accepted or not, customers should still feel welcomed, and their belongings should be handled respectfully. A little kindness and basic courtesy would have made a big difference. I hope management uses this feedback as an opportunity to improve the experience for future customers.

  Really disappointed with the customer service here. I was carrying several heavy boxes into the store, and not once did anyone offer to help or even hold the door open for me. I also took the time to bring all of my items neatly folded, organized, and placed carefully in containers. When my items were returned to me, everything had clearly just been thrown back into the containers with no care or consideration. It was frustrating to see the lack of effort, especially after I had taken the time to organize everything so neatly. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt very dismissive and showed a real lack of customer service. I expected much better especially since they haven’t even opened to sell to the public yet.
