  I went to DSW a couple of days ago and Isa helped me. She was really sweet and gave me all her attention while she was helping me. She was so nice and made me feel comfortable while shopping. Usually, the customer service at this DSW hasn’t been the best, but Isa honestly changed my mind. I really appreciated how she treated me. One of their best employees by the way!

  I had such a great experience with this cashier! She seemed pretty young, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional. She was always smiling, even when she had a long line, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I’ve had a bad experience with another cashier at this store before, but the way she treated me really stood out. I would definitely come back because of her customer service! I don’t remember her name, but my receipt says “AB R-1.” She deserves recognition!

  I will say this you are continuously watched while you're in that store it's uncomfortable.. But I'm not here about that. The staff is very unfriendly specifically the manager she is definitely buddies with some of her employees. One of the cashiers was rude looks mean honestly not one lol smile or kind thing about her.she charged me for something I changed my mind on and didn't remove it off my bill. I told her she denied it Ina harsh manner of course. so I left and had to come back! manager helped me she did not smile once or apologize that I had to come back when I had told the other rude employee that the charge was still on the screen... The manager refused to give me employees name. We probably won't be back. Son loves his shoes, but they NIKE so thanks Nike!! The man in the front is excluded from being a rude staff member, he stood upfront smiling and greeting. 8/30/2026 is when I was there check ya staff because your losing customers

  8/18/26 walked in to three employees standing around the front talking about people, made me uncomfortable to shop around as they looked at me since I was the only one in the store. Planned to buy a pair of shoes but decided to order online.
