Josh, I’m assuming he is the manager. Unfortunately, he was not kind or professional during my visit. I was standing outside the fitting rooms waiting for someone to assist me, but after no one came, I decided to go into an open stall to try on clothes. A few minutes later, Josh came over, yelled and knocked on the fitting room door, and questioned me. After I answered his questions, he responded, “It must be too loud to hear me,” in a very rude and condescending tone. The entire time he asked me questions he had an attitude. (fitting rooms at this Windsor used to be first come first serve) I hope he takes this as an opportunity to be more patient and respectful toward customers. Everyone else I interacted with was wonderful, so I really appreciated their kindness despite this experience.

My first visit to the store and I was not disappointed! The store has a boutique vibe, well organized and clean. Customer service was awesome! Highly recommended!!

The staff and store manager had great customer service. It was a great experience going in, since it recently opened there was some issues in the beginning with the AC which is understandable. The employees were kind and even gave us coupons for the inconvenience. You can really tell it’s a cool place with good customer service.
