Happened in here just passing time with my kids and wow! Lots of high end stuff mixed into their racks. We will be back next time we come to town… they even have some team issued Aggie football gear.

Took my daughter here at few times, she is 16. Trip 1: Brought a few overpriced sweaters, but she liked them. Trip 2: Asked about shoes by size, as it was close to closing time, told us they were already closed (15 minutes before), so we left. Trip 3: Brought items to sell: full basket, clothes cleaned washed and folded, about 50 pieces, took 1 item and gave her $2.50. Trip 4: Advertised a prom/dress event...no prom dresses, cheap party dresses...who wears cotton dresses to prom?? Trip 5: Try another sale...again, clean, folded and neatly placed in container. On the previous trip and from other similar stores, we drop off and come back. Called her to come back and stay in the store. There were about 5-6 pieces that they picked up on the top and thrown back in the basket. Again about 50 pieces, About 45 pieces were never touched!! Offered her $8 or 9 bucks for 2 pieces. We have shopped at platos in many cities for many years. This is the closest one to us, still 45 mins away but we won't waste our time here anymore, we will drive the extra miles to the better ones. Why are they still in business...it's a college town, college kids can be low on funds and have a lack the requirement for good customer service. I try to allow my daughter to make the decision bc they are her items, but for me, I wouldn't have accepted the offer. Hope they improve. Positive I was at the correct location :) Maybe it didn't say "Prom Event" maybe just "Dress Event" during prom session, there was a social media post and signs outside.

Wouldn’t let me sell any women’s items?? I’ve brought in clothes to sell multiple times in using some women’s items that I just happen to own and was getting rid of. Now when I have a bag of clothes my girlfriend gave me to resell she has to be there? Even asked if it would be fine if I got her on the phone (she lives 4 hours away) and they wouldn’t let me process them because they’re not men’s clothing. Ridiculous.
