  No clear posting for the drop off area. I had to go inside and request where to drop off donations. The clerk only said at the end of the building go right. Well...there are 2 ends to that building Ma'm.

  First time going there because my spouse wanted to visit. It was neat, organized, clean. My only issue was that it said they closed at 8pm. We were leisurely making our way towards the front. One employee -a woman- approached from the other side of the rack and said “Make your way to the front. We are closing”. I calmly said “Thank you.” As we continued, a young man whom had just entered the store was browsing in the aisle she was in, walking towards her, and she said to him “Make your way to the front. We are closed.” We made it to the registers and by the time we got in the car, it was still not 8pm. I don’t know whom this employee is but if the store wants to legally close at 8pm, then lock the doors by 7:30pm. Watching that young man walk out is costing you business. I told my husband that it would be the first and last time we ever visit there together. I won’t be going back. Keep in mind, everyone else was fine. It takes one yellow leaf to tell you that there is something off with the entire branch. If you go, go early. Long before closing so you won’t be treated rudely.

  Decent selection..I came across some good finds. There were definitely items that shouldn't have been on the rack with tears and stains but it's to be expected to an extent. A definite con- closing the dressing rooms 30 min before the store closes. I wasn't able to try anything on, luckily everything ended up fitting. I understand not wanting to work past closing time.. but that's retail. Even if they closed them like 10 min prior that would be understandable, but 30.. that's not very customer oriented. Pros- check out was quick and the lady was super nice. Pleasantly surprised about the military discount so it was 50% off. Ended up with 7 items for 20 bucks so no major complaints overall.
