  Mary is PHENOMENAL! She was super friendly and patient with all of my needs. The store itself has THE BEST lay out of any Windsor I've ever been to making it easy to maneuver through the store with ease. Even with multiple customers in the store it did not feel crowded like other ones. LOVE this location!

  Went to this location, on regular weekdays, only has 1-2 customers around. I found 3-4 clothes that i wanted to buy, but nah. Walked around the store but never acknowledged, nor greeted. I also happened to stand on the area of the manager working on. She came closer looking at me while got her tools and just turned her back. Like okay… she gave me vibes that i was in her way of working. I even apologized for being in her way, which she ignored. Well, i just returned the clothes to its original place and walked out. Really! I wont ever visit the store anymore, probably not shop here again. Such a disappointment.

  cheap store would not take an unused $30 belt for return or exchange. even though i asked the cashier when i bought it if i could return and she said yes.

  was trying on dresses for my 21st birthday when i asked my little sister to go find me a different size and take the other one out. my sister being 13 obviously forgot when she came back to the dressing room the worker BANGED on the door and didn’t yell but def raised her voice at my sister saying if you take something in you need to something out i cut in and told her sorry she’s my little sister i asked her to and she’s forgot the worker then decided to mean mug us up and down.
