Manager was completely oblivious and incompetent. Staff acted like they will get a salary raise every time they lose a long time loyal customer.

I completely understand and respect that Nordstrom has return policies. My concern is not with the policy itself, but with the way Nick spoke to me and the tone he used, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. I also work in customer service, and I would never make a customer feel uncomfortable or disrespected while explaining a policy. I have always considered Nordstrom a store known for excellent customer service, which made this experience especially disappointing. I would appreciate it if my experience could be taken seriously and reviewed by management. Sincerely, Karen González
