- JMJennifer MoodyJan 5, 20261.0I placed an online order and had it delivered to the store to save on shipping. When I went to pick it up they took quite a bit of time to find it. I saw them searching the floor for the product. Clearly they received it in and put it on the floor. A disappointing and honest mistake. However they told me it wasn't there and they never received it. Why lie? Why not to admit the truth? Then to top it off they told me to call customer service for my refund because what I ordered was no longer available. Such a disappointing mess.

As I walked around, all of the merchandise was neat and tidy. The cashier was helping another customer but stopped to greet me. I was very impressed and will be back to shop when I have more time to do so.

Jade and Jackie were both so helpful and on top of that, they were extremely kind and friendly. I will continue to go back to this Maurices due to the great customer service and helpful attitudes of Jackie and Jade. They have new in-store management at this location, and the service is so good now. So excited to go to the UT game tomorrow! Thanks
