The cooler was pretty much empty, but Neal came in clutch and put together a beautiful last minute arrangement that absolutely saved the day. Great customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. He definitely earned my business moving forward.

When addressed with franchisee he said that they didn’t have the fruit to match the online pictures and descriptions. He then blamed corporate for the pictures. When asked for a refund he said he would add the fruit. Somehow it magically appeared. I told him I didn’t want it anymore and just wanted a refund. He said he issued a refund through corporate. I followed up with corporate a month later as we never got the refund. Corporate said the franchisee never submitted the refund request and I have to take it up with the franchisee. Apparently Edible Arrangements and the franchisee needed the $100 more than doing the right thing.
- LGLauren GFeb 20, 20262.0I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Edible Arrangements Cedar Park. 😔 I placed an order the day before delivery for a small fruit bouquet with a teddy bear and balloons. On the day of delivery, I called three times in the morning to get an estimated delivery time and received no answer at all. I finally reached an employee around 3:30 PM and was told the delivery would be heading out in about 10 minutes. Despite that assurance, the order was not delivered until after 6:00 PM. The lack of communication, unanswered calls, and inaccurate information made this experience frustrating and stressful - especially since these orders are usually for time-sensitive occasions. I expected much better reliability and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would hesitate to order from this location again. I definitely regret adding a tip when placing the order!! Shame….
