American Eagle was great! Excellent staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was soon closing yet service did not waiver nor rush my experience! Savannah and Paityn were very sweet!

Savannah was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my order. She was so professional, smart, patient, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. Her customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciate all her help. I hope Savannah gets to read this review because she really deserves the recognition!

If I could get half a star I would. I normally never leave reviews but this business is poorly ran. I got to the register to pay for my jeans and I asked if they still gave student discounts, then the cashier asked her co worker and she immediately said “NO” . After that, they asked “ Mark” who is supposed to be a manager and he straight up said “No unless they can show us that they have a 3.0 GPA or higher they get a discount but we don’t offer any other student discount” Lol I didn’t get signal in store and I didn’t want to hold up the line any longer so I just went ahead and paid full price. This store is a joke. Don’t let them troll you and download UNIDAYS to get 20% OF FOR BEING A STUDENT which is a better deal than their little 3.0 GPA advertising. I feel so bad for the cashier helping me out because she was genuinely trying to help me by telling her manager that they were promoting the GPA (student) discount and for the other girl to ask mark.
