The company loses your card on file information and doesn’t let you know till your monthly calibration and then charges a per use fee for the month which is double normal, I had contact at this company but lost information.
The only gods thing going is the place in Liberty hill were I get calibration does the couple are great .

If I could give 50 stars, I would. Every single time I needed something on their end, I always got someone on the line who was enthusiastic and helpful.
Update: They are super helpful BEFORE you start working with them.. After that, GOOD LUCK being able to speak with anyone. Their customer support is terrible. And oh btw, their waiting message may be the most annoying thing I’ve ever heard. Awful business.
