I used to buy arrangements for my mom all the time, that it became a family tradition. I stop ordering five years ago because the quality went down and the prices went up. I gave them a shot once again and they reminded me why I stop giving them business. I spent $140 for a mother day arrangement that was probably worth $50 for effort. Fruit was missing and dry. What I saw them promoting online to what I got was two different things. I don’t recommend this company. Save your money, you will be disappointed when you pick up or they make your delivery.

I placed an order on May 6th to be delivered to my sister-in-law on Mother’s Day, May 10th. Yesterday, around 3 p.m., I called the store and was assured that the order would be delivered no later than Sunday, May 10th, before 9 p.m. I tracked the order around 5 p.m., and it showed “out for delivery.” I went to bed with peace of mind because the store had promised and assured me that the order would be delivered. Today, Monday, May 11th, I received a call from the manager, Stephanie, informing me that due to the large number of orders and lack of drivers, my order could not be delivered. She offered me a full refund. I told her that I did not need a refund as long as the order could still be delivered today (May 11th). She responded that if I wanted a reattempt for delivery, I would have to wait until sometime between Thursday and Saturday, which completely defeats the purpose of a Mother’s Day gift. I replied that in that case, I wanted the refund. I also told her that having too many orders and not enough drivers were merely excuses and reflected poor management on their part. They could have asked employees to help with deliveries, or even handled deliveries themselves. She responded by saying that I was entitled to my opinion and wished me a nice day. I did not end the call until I received confirmation that the refund had been issued. Throughout the conversation, she kept talking down to me, dismissing everything I was saying, and refusing to take accountability for their mistake. I trusted this company because it is widely known across the country, and their prices are not cheap. On top of that, they charge a delivery fee and tip in advance. What a letdown.

I purchased a fruit tray for Easter Sunday for my Sunday School Class. The tray was $70.35. It was not worth it at all. The tray of fruit was old looking and had no taste. Secondly when I picked up the tray it was the only tray in the refrigerator and it was not very cold. I asked the young man if it had just be made or was it made yesterday. He had the look of a deer in headlights. No help there. Poor customer service. I was embarrassed to even show up with the fruit tray. I should had went to Walmart next door. I have order from Edible Arrangements before and have always been very satisfied. So I think it was just the location in Cedar Hill, Texas (Store 929) I will not be going to that store again.
