  I placed this order at 1035am, and it is now 12:15pm. I paid for the 1hr shipping at $14.99. I called the store and requested a status update I was told that there is only one driver and they are out making another delivery and the driver is aware and is not going to rush back to get this order once they get back then they will drop off our my order. I was like ok I would like a refund for the 1hr delivery that I didn't get. She said I paid for regular shipping If i would like to cancel my order. I was asking home come it states on the website 1hr $14.99 and ship today by 5pm is $9.99. She just kept stating that I paid for reg shipping with priority. I didn't get a phone call text or email stating there was a delay. She told me I can contact corp. or I cancel the order. I told her if I knew that this was the issue I would have cancelled my order. This was a special thank you that now has been ruined by the lack of communication and accountability of this location and the way they chose how to run a business.

  I had a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements! The arrangement was fresh, beautifully put together, and looked even better than the pictures. The fruit was delicious, perfectly ripe, and made a great gift. The ordering process was easy and the recipient absolutely loved it. Great quality, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. I will definitely be ordering from Edible Arrangements location again and highly recommend them for any special occasion!

  Fantastic experience with this location! The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive when I called to modify my order. They made sure everything was perfect and handled my request with a great attitude. Excellent customer service and high-quality treats."

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Alma should not be working in this store, as her horrible customer service and overall attitude are bringing this company down. She was beyond rude and disrespectful to me, to the point that I had to contact corporate about my experience. After reading through many of the reviews, I noticed that her name appears in several of the negative ones as well, which is both sad and disappointing. It’s a shame that despite so many complaints, she is still employed there. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. smh shame on you alma do better and become a better person

  Now I see why this location got 3.9 stars. The young lady on the phone was not Customer Service friendly at all. I nicely asked the young lady to read my message back to me and she act like I was a bother. Wow!!!!
