  Instantly, when we entered the store we were greeted by Kenny, who asked us if we needed help with something and we actually did and he took us right to where we needed to be and helped us in a matter of minutes to find a solution. We told him what we were looking for, wedding sport jacket, and told him that our wedding was the following day and another store that was not DXL had sent the wrong jacket for my husband, and we were needing something right away. Kenny was able to help us in a moment where it could’ve been stressful and instantly the situation was resolved right away. We will definitely be shopping there in the future for my husband, Thank you so much, Kenny!

  I live by the DXL in Lewisville but I purposely drive to the Cedar Hill location solely because of the customer service I receive from Carl and Kenny every single time I visit. Two great guys that love making their customers feel welcomed and valued! Never rushed or inconvenienced always willing to assist in any way they can.

  Special THANKS to Kenny and the other team member in the store!!! My dad and I were there last Saturday around 3pm shopping, Kenny was very helpful and upon us checking out my dad felt like his blood sugar was dropping. I didn’t have any candy or juice on me at this time. So I took a chance and asked the gentleman if they had a peppermint or a cookie something, they could have easily said “no” but they went to their office and found a piece of chocolate and a package of candy. That helped tremendous untill I was able to go get my dad some food and juice. This is an example of going above and beyond with good customer service. Thank yall so much. My dad loves this store and this was just the icing on the cake that will keep us coming back.

  Great shopping experience. Kenny , DXL associate, made the entire process comfortable, relaxing and flawless. The suit fitting process was high tech and the finished product fit perfectly. 100%+ satisfied.
