  Upon entering the store, I was greeted by no one. The associate working in Room 1 (yes, I know retail operations very well) walked directly past me with a look of disgust on her face and never acknowledged me. I stood on one side of the register waiting to be helped while multiple employees looked directly at me and said absolutely nothing. I then moved to the other side of the register and still received no acknowledgment. Eventually, one associate turned around and stated that she thought I was with the Hispanic family at the register who had been completing a return for several minutes. By the time I finally received my order, the items had been carelessly thrown into the bag, the gift receipt was not attached, and the manager displayed one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced in a retail environment. This was, without question, the worst in-store experience I have ever had. I am a former retail store manager myself, so I fully understand how something as simple as “Hello, welcome in” can completely shape a customer’s experience and even encourage additional purchases. Instead, I felt ignored, unwelcome, and completely undervalued as a customer. Had these items not been intended as a gift, I would have left them there and taken my business elsewhere. The level of customer service at this location is utterly unacceptable. Proper etiquette, professionalism, and customer service training are clearly needed. Based on the number of returns I witnessed during the short time I was there, it unfortunately appears I am not the only customer dissatisfied with this location.

  I had such a great experience at American Eagle, thanks to Vicky! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the jeans and styles made the process so easy, and she quickly picked out options that fit perfectly. Shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Vicky made it smooth, stressfree, and even fun. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Thank you, Vicky, for making my experience so enjoyable I'll definitely be coming back!

  Jocelyn is the kindest employee there, she helped me finding jeans that fit perfect and are my go to jeans . she goes out of her way to make sure customers are doing good.

  Awful customer service, if I could put zero stars I would. The girls working here were rude and overall seemed unmotivated to work. Never shopping at this location again.
