  My experience at Bealls was extremely disappointing and left me feeling upset and frustrated. Shopping should be a positive experience where customers feel welcomed and respected, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. The treatment I received was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with kindness, courtesy, and respect regardless of my appearance, size, or background. Instead, I left feeling judged and unwelcome. No one should ever have to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable while simply trying to shop. I believe businesses should create an environment where all customers feel valued, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I hope management takes concerns like these seriously and works to ensure that every customer is treated with dignity and respect. I am sharing my experience in hopes that positive changes can be made so others do not have to go through the same situation.
