  Monica was awesome. Went in the “look” at Metas for my husband. She weighed all of our options. Pros and cons for everything, let us see the transitions outside, even helped us decided on a style. I’ve never owned a pair of Oakley’s and she was so patient when I tried on every pair to see what style I liked. Great customer service. Great buying experience.

  If you are looking for Oakley products you should visit the Oakley Vault located at the Outlet Mall. I am a repeat customer and I always find the latest styles and last year’s models readily available. You’ll find great prices. Most importantly they have sales personnel ready to assist you with your purchase. A good example is Monica. She is friendly, accommodating and a she greets you with a warm, welcoming smile. She showed true interest in what I wanted and provided several options that I could pick from. She is knowledgeable, professional and very informative. She made me feel welcome. I actually purchased an additional item. Thank you Monica, you made my day.

  It was a very nice visit while in El Paso. Very fortunate to have a great team. I got a couple goodies and a free very nice cap. Thank you for your hard work, Patriots!

  My recent experience at Oakley was very disappointing. The employee assisting us appeared to be new and was clearly struggling with the transaction. Rather than providing support, the manager, a guy, seemed uninterested in helping and left the employee to handle the situation alone. As a result, what should have been a simple transaction took approximately 40–45 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes, I approached the manager and politely asked if he could assist the employee so we could complete the purchase. Instead of helping, he simply walked away. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but managers should support their staff and ensure customers receive timely service. The employee was doing his best, but the lack of management support created a frustrating experience for both the employee and the customers. I want to emphasize that my complaint is not about the employee, who remained polite and was trying his best. My concern is with the manager’s lack of support and unwillingness to assist when help was clearly needed.
