  Michael Kors really wasted almost an hour of my time today over a return. I didn’t have the receipt, but I paid with my credit card and showed proof of the purchase. They claimed they couldn’t look it up and had no record of the transaction. After waiting around 45 minutes and going back and forth with management, another manager finally came out and was able to issue a credit. So clearly something could be done — it just took an hour and multiple people to get there. Terrible customer service and a completely unnecessary waste of time.

  The shop doesn’t even want to give out bag for merchandise… feel so unwelcome.

  Worst customer service experience. We entered the store intending to purchase a new Michael Kors purse, but were immediately greeted in a rude manner and instructed to place our food bag on the floor. We had just purchased the food, and I was not willing to put my pregnant daughter’s meal on the floor. Because of this interaction, we chose to leave and informed the sales associate that they had lost our business. We have spent thousands of dollars on purses in the past, but it only takes one negative experience to feel unwelcome. We will not be returning. Management should be made aware of this situation, as the level of customer service we experienced was unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, the store risks losing many more patrons.

  The cashiers were nice enough but the signs posted said EVERYTHING was on sale. But, when I went to buy cologne they were not on sale. They should have a "*" on the signs that let's us as consumers know that colognes & perfumes are not subject to the sale(s).
