  For a company who preaches body positivity and inclusion for everyone i was really shocked, vvverrryyy slim pickings, i was told to check the clearance rack for “stretchy sweaters” in 90 degree weather and if all else fails i can order online. I wanted to cry and evaporate, i left immediately. I blame the company for the sizing gaps but maybe the store its self could use some sensitivity training on things like this. I know they thought this was helpful but even as a very body positive person, it took me a long while to shake that feeling of hurt .

  I got a shirt as a gift that doesn't fit. I don't have the receipt or a way of getting it. I cannot return it exchange it or do anything at the store. Useless managers and salespeople. How hard is it to get something back and exchange it? It's not a loss at all.

  Very bad experience at American Eagle. Poor customer service and an unprofessional manager who clearly doesn’t know how to deal with customers. One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Not recommended at all

  Customer service sucks in this store, laziest girl at the register couldn’t even help me with prices and barcodes for discounts… hope yall get better personal

  They are having a great sale! Their super soft T-shirts for under $6. Lots of sizes and colors.
