  Terrible customer service experience. The store manager, Brenda, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and expected much better customer service from a manager. I will definitely not be shopping at this location again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated.

  Terrible customer service. There is a manager in this location that has a serious mean girl attitude. I’m not sure if it’s because she doesn’t like black people or if I just don’t dress to her standard but everytime I come in, she follows me and huffs when I ask for a fitting room or different size. Then she gets an attitude if I make a return and does this mocking kind of laugh whenever I come in. I will not be going back to this location. I hate the environment and the judgey vibes.

  I went in today (a Sunday) to buy a gift card. When I got to the store, it was locked and the hours said 7PM. I didn't have my phone on me so I assumed I had gotten there a bit late, when I went back to my car it was 6:45pm! Disappointed that they close earlier than advertised and that I wasn't able to get the gift card I needed. I get locking up the store a couple of minutes before closing time but not 20+ minutes before!
