- EMelexa martinezAug 7, 20261.0The manager is very rude and unprofessional I expect this to be taken care of.
- VGValerie GonzalezAug 7, 20261.0Terrible customer service experience. The store manager, Brenda, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and expected much better customer service from a manager. I will definitely not be shopping at this location again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated.
- SSSavvyAug 27, 20221.0Disgusting. The staff is so incredibly rude they began laughing at us the moment we walked in. We immediately turned around and walked out. As a brand that screams inclusivity I’m appalled at the actions of the staff. I hope aerie provides some kind of reprimand and reevaluates the employees they hire.
