- SDSerenity DiemertMar 16, 20251.0I had an absolutely terrible experience at this clothing store. As a mother, I was shocked and frustrated by their ridiculous policies. I went into the dressing room with my infant, who was safely seated in a buggy, only to be told that I couldn’t bring the buggy in. Seriously? How am I supposed to try on clothes without a stroller or buggy to keep my baby secure? Their solution was to offer to hold my child—like I’d ever hand my infant over to complete strangers! The staff clearly has no understanding of the realities of shopping with a baby. No empathy, no common sense, and definitely no customer service. I won’t be coming back—save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
