  This is, by far, the absolute best Lane Bryant I've been to....and I've been to many throughout TX, WV, CA. Not once has anyone ever offered to fit me for a bra. I've lost just over 130 lbs over the past 2 yrs and was in dire need of new bras that fit, and i just wasn't finding one. So, I ordered what I thought my size was, and of course, they didn't fit right. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest associate and explained my dilemma. She instantly offered to get my measurements, and I felt so relieved for someone to offer and be genuinely interested in getting me a greqt fitting bra. There was a glitch with the online ordering system, but she and the manager got me taken care of. I truly appreciate her help! 💜

  I'm leaving this feedback cuz this is the store i called. It's nearest 2 me. This chain's prices r way 2 high 2 have poor quality items and an unfair return policy. Their denim is pricy but the only well made items they have. Their tops, over coats, sweater, just about everything else is flimsy and of poor quality. They won't take back anything worn or laundered. How do u know there's a problem unless u use and wash the items?! I was allowed 2 return an overcoat 4 store credit in Arlington. It was already tearing up! I had just received it! I purchased a cardigan sweater in Hurst. Not long after receiving it, the left sleeve cuff split all the way up 2 my wrist! I'll have 2 cease spending with them! They must b aware of the lack of quality, hence their policies.
