  Kolby was excellent! We came in late on Saturday night, looking for some chairs. We had some issues with posted prices, and sales being displayed, even after the sale was over. But Kolby made it right with us, even late into the evening, shortly before close. We appreciate the customer service, and taking care of your club members until the last minute! Will definitely keep coming back.

  Best place to buy a hat! Also the ammo is very fair price when you buy in large quantities. Love the aquarium and plenty of selection for camping, fishing and any other outdoor stuff you may need!

  If you are a tourist this is an awesome spot. If you are a normal bass pro / cabelas shopper, avoid this place. As others have mentioned the prices here are super marked up. 20-40% more than normal MSRP even on "sale" items. Was looking at knives and multi-tools and some on "sale" were still more than on the bass pro website! Signs do say price match but with the attitude the staff had I doubt they would. Thats another thing too, staff care more about getting you to sign up for the credit card then actually helping you find what you need. Had 3 people ask me about the card and 0 ask if I needed help shopping. Also it was raining heavy when I was there and the roof was leaking in multiple spots. The shooting gallery was broken as well and they got rid of their bargin cave area!! Its upsetting seeing this location completely pander to tourist and not real outdoorsmen and women. They also had no local magnets and when I asked an employee if they had another section where other stores do with gifts and magnets she rudely said "what you see is what we have" The only reason this is getting 3 stars is the displays were beautiful. The taxidermy deer were some super high grade creatures (other than one area where the roof was leaking all over them) they were preserved so nice. Fish tank was okay. Seemed like it needed an urgent cleaning and many fish were acting very sickly.

  Cabela’s in Buda, Texas, is a great place for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide selection of hunting, fishing, camping, and outdoor gear. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. One of the highlights is the impressive wildlife displays and aquarium, which make the visit enjoyable even if you’re not shopping. Prices are reasonable, and there is plenty of parking available. Overall, it’s an excellent store with a great atmosphere and a fantastic selection of products.
