  As a loyal customer of several years, I was disappointed by the lack of service I received during my recent visit. While browsing, I was repeatedly ignored by an older staff member—who appeared to be a supervisor—even as she walked past me multiple times without acknowledgment. I observed her proactively offering assistance and fitting rooms to other customers, yet she never once spoke to me or said 'excuse me' when passing by.The experience made me feel unwelcome and invisible. I eventually had to approach a younger associate at the check out counter myself to request a fitting room for the items I wanted to try on. As a long-time supporter of this store, I expected much better professional courtesy and inclusive service. Date and time of me at the store will be below.   Kenzie was awesome and so sweet and patient helping me find an outfit!!! Maurice's always has the perfect outfit and the girls are Always willing to help you no matter what size you are!!
