  Dishonest and Non-Existent Customer Service I have never received such poor customer service in my life and absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but this branch more than earned it. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement online, only to receive a confirmation email stating it was "dropped off and hand-delivered." That was a complete lie,we received absolutely nothing. I understood it was a busy holiday, so I called twice that day and left a voicemail. Since then, I have called every single day for three days straight, left multiple voicemails, and sent three separate emails. I have received zero response. This is not how you conduct business. I ultimately had to call my credit card company to perform a chargeback just to get my money back. I am livid, to say the least. I will never do business with this Bedford branch again. Save your money and go anywhere else.

  Do not order from this location. Horrible lack of accountability. They will will take your money and not deliver on what you've ordered. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries, flowers, and a balloon to celebrate an anniversary. They only delivered the chocolate strawberries and I asked the driver for the missing flowers and balloon and they made up a story about delivering them in the next hour but that never happened. I spoke to a person at the store a few days later and they offered store credit but I told them I didn't want store credit and that they either needed to deliver the missing items or credit my credit card but they've continued ignore the situation.

  Horrendous customer service. Order was never received & there has been zero communication to rectify the situation, despite my many attempts. I highly recommend ordering from a dependable competitor instead, like Shari’s Berries.

  Definitely listen to the reviews, showed up to get pick up my order no one’s here on the door it has different hours then website . manager stated he didn’t see my order to even have it ready so I still have to wait for that which is another 20 mins I don’t have hints the pre pick up order!! Very unprofessional! Will definitely not be coming back

  This store really deserves 0 stars. The customer service is terrible and they are never open when they are supposed to. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
