- DDDPerAug 17, 20261.0I would give zero stars. I tried purchasing a ring for the last month and they would keep declining the purchase after 7 days and claiming they can’t authorize the payment. After going back and forth and repurchasing the ring multiple times they finally tell me they don’t accept cashapp as payment when that isn’t posted anywhere and their sales rep in store took my card as payment and never mentioned this either. Horrible customer service and would never call me back when they claim they would. Also they couldn’t refund the total amount so now I’m waiting 10 days for a check to be mailed to me. All one great shit show

There was a large selection of clothing to choose from and many size options available. The associates were helpful. I am happy to have this store in Beaumont.
