- KJKai JaceApr 18, 20261.0The girls who work here are extremely rude. If you have a system have all of your employees follow it. I Work in retail So I understand all of the process and I understand things get busy and stressful but it’s no reason to treat your customers poorly. I did a return with out one of my tags attached before, and I had my receipt and a blonde girl at the register was super nice and let me do it. Today I brought in more items with the receipt and tags, but they weren’t attached, And i said that they let me do it last time and they just ignored me, Put my stuff in my bag and were very rude and dismissive. I tried to explain to them that I was able to do it last time so why can’t they do it now? They continued to ignore me. I feel extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Hire new employees or train your people to be consistent and treat customers with respect.
