  At Windsor tonight, I believe the Manager‘s name is Jen gave the worst service tonight. We visited the store earlier put clothes on hold to come back and try on in there. They told us to be there before nine. We got there at 6:45 and she closed the dressing rooms because her staff being off in two hours is more important than the customers literally people having to put handful of clothes down and walk out. She told us to buy ours and come back and return them after trying them on in a bathroom nearby instead of all their open dressing room rooms we told her we’re heading out of State for a trip and she said we could return our exchange on our trip instead of trying on dressing room because her staff for important I wish I could give this negative stars

  I went in looking for a dress for my birthday. All the employees were really rude and unwelcoming. Shame because the stuff is cute but if you’re selling overpriced SHEIN drop shipping at least be nice

  The girls who work here are extremely rude. If you have a system have all of your employees follow it. I Work in retail So I understand all of the process and I understand things get busy and stressful but it’s no reason to treat your customers poorly. I did a return with out one of my tags attached before, and I had my receipt and a blonde girl at the register was super nice and let me do it. Today I brought in more items with the receipt and tags, but they weren’t attached, And i said that they let me do it last time and they just ignored me, Put my stuff in my bag and were very rude and dismissive. I tried to explain to them that I was able to do it last time so why can’t they do it now? They continued to ignore me. I feel extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Hire new employees or train your people to be consistent and treat customers with respect.

  Amazing trendy clothes ! So excited they finally opened a store here . They only thing is that the lady if that’s what i can call her had an attitude the entire time helping me and other guests . Her name is Bryanna and has the WORST costumer service I have ever received. I’m definitely going back but just to speak to a manager about her . If you’re not happy with where you work . Find another job
