  Lost a sale because they were "understaffed". During normal hours they did not allow one more customer to browse despite being empty.

  My wife and I drove in from San Antonio specifically to purchase a gift for her from your boutique — a piece we'd been looking forward to for some time. We arrived at 5:45 PM, more than two hours before your posted closing time of 8:00 PM. Despite this, we were told the store was closed and were not allowed to make a purchase. There was no notice of an early closure anywhere, no explanation offered, and we had traveled a considerable distance fully intending to spend several thousand dollars. Being turned away within posted hours, with no reason given, was both confusing and disappointing. I expected far better from a brand of this caliber. I'm sharing this so other customers know to confirm hours directly before making the same trip. My wife’s always wanted Van Cleef as a gift. What a let down from the brand.

  Sandy is wonderful! (As is Sunny!) wonderful experience and they give the best customer love. They have great pieces also. Highly recommend!

  If you shop other boutiques, do not go here. Neiman Marcus (and Van Cleef) established a very foolish arrangement unfortunately . If you purchase in an actual VC boutique, gift something, and would like to exchange (which the jeweler encourages) - you cannot do so with a store in Nemian Marcus. Go to a real VC boutique and don’t waste your time here….

  After calling several boutiques across the U.S., I was so grateful to have reached this location. Sandy did not have the sold-out pieces I was searching for in her boutique, but she kindly called me back within the hour after locating the items at another store. She coordinated directly with that boutique and promptly sent me the details and payment link. I was incredibly impressed by her initiative and follow-through — she truly went above and beyond. Exceptional service and so appreciated. Thank you, Sandy!
