If you purchase in an actual VC boutique, gift something, and would like to exchange (which the jeweler encourages) - you cannot do so with a store in Nemian Marcus. Go to a real VC boutique and don’t waste your time here….

It certainly did not disappoint, the boutique is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was excellent. Carly helped me and she was an absolute delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the brand, history etc…she offered champagne and some delicious treats as well! I will definitely be going back since I have my eyes on a few things and will be looking forward to working with Carly in the future. 🥰
