I stopped by just 15 minutes before closing to get my sunglasses adjusted, and Phyllis (I hope I got her name right!) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Despite it being so close to closing time, she never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She took the time to explain the potential risks and liability involved in adjusting my sunglasses, making sure I fully understood everything before proceeding. Her professionalism, honesty, and genuine willingness to help really stood out to me. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way to provide such thoughtful customer service, especially at the end of a long day. Thank you, Phyllis, for being so sweet and accommodating! Sunglass Hut is lucky to have someone like you. You truly made my day, and I really appreciate your help! ❤️

We didn’t end up finding a pair we liked - despite a huge range and a lot of help. And Behzat still decided to fix our broken ones before we left.
