  i rly like the offers y’all have. i came in on memorial day and it was so crowded, but the manager alexa was able to have everything in order. i was just looking, wasn’t searching for anything specific, but alyssa was very attentive and helpful the whole time and let me know about the discounts on socks (i didn’t even know yall sold socks!) that i rly needed and showed me some rly good options for shoes too. i’ll definitely be coming back for some shoes and a bag that i saw that i rly liked 👀

  I visited your store today around 3:00. I walked in and there were 2 young women trying on shoes and another at the cash register. No one said anything to me the whole time I looked around. They kept trying on shoes so I thought they were customers until one finished and walked up to the cash register. Still no one spoke to me. I finally took 3 pairs of shoes to the cash register and asked to try them on. The girl at the cash register looked at the girl standing there as if to get her to help me but she said nothing and did nothing. She came across very much like she didn’t want to be bothered. The other young woman continued with trying on shoes. The woman at the register finally went and got the shoes for me. Her name was Alexa. She was very friendly and helpful but as soon as she knew I had the sizes she went back up to the register and started talking to the other young ladies. She never looked my way again but I went up to her and told her I would think about it and thanked her for helping me. As I was waiting for her to bring the shoes initially , the other young woman finished trying on shoes and went up to the cash register. That means 3 people were working in the store. I was excited to try on shoes I had seen online but the lack of customer service made me feel like I couldn’t wait to leave.

  So they had a sale here yeasterday. ..and I called and asked if they had anything going on as far as a sale ..the lady said no ...so I purchased on line ...and then I come to mall for something else ....and lo and behold. ..they had a sale here ...not happy. ..going to call management....it's all about order ..and people being informed...I like to spend my money at places who care ....
