  I’ve had these glasses for 2 months. I wear them maybe 1 or 2 times a week. now I can hear anything while on a phone call. but I can hear music just fine if I pay off Spotify or some. not work $400. I need Apple to come out with a smart glasses meta I know they would work then.

  I purchased a pair of perscription Ray Bans from Lens Crafters at the Lakeline Mall. There was an issue with the plastic nose pads. They kept spinning and I took them back numerous times and they could not fix. Today I walked into the Ray Ban store at the Domain and Robyn was amazing from the first minute I walked in the store. She fixed them in 1 minute, even though I did not purchase from the store. Amazing customer service and great attention to detail. Hey Ray Ban... you got a keeper!

  I would like to give five stars to Kava, who kindly greeted us from the back of the room upon our arrival. He was very helpful and even repaired the glasses I was wearing, which had fallen apart while I was looking for new frames. I sincerely appreciate your expertise and excellent customer service.

  The lady working in the store Sunday evening was rude and unhelpful. She refused to move from her spot and would only give curt responses to every question I asked. When I described my price range and and asked her if someone could help me locate glasses that met those requirements, her response was 'for what'. Will not be coming to this store again. Would rate this place 0 stars, for her attitude, if I could
