  Just get the chinese knockoffs, there is a better chance they will warranty the glasses if you do

  I feel bad that a brand like Rayban hires staff like this! The employees here were super rude and unresponsive to me and my partner, we were wondering why and then we see they were not responding or helping only us as we were the only brown people. We had to ask twice or thrice before someone helped with billing, this would be understandable if they were busy. But that’s not the case, we are even planning to return the product because of the experience we had.

  The staff here are very racist, especially the lady working in today’s afternoon shift who wished everyone before and after us who stepped into the store. No one was helping us and when we approached the lady she answered everything in a no and was not willing to even help us. Everyone after us was asked if they needed help and we asked something they were pretty rude! Honestly felt really bad walking into this store. I wish I can give a negative star!

  Simply amazing! I bought my first pair of prescription glasses at Ray-Ban and received kind, warm service; the entire focus was on helping me make the best decision. The glasses are beautiful, and the in-store experience is very pleasant.
