- CCCG6 days ago2.0Been in here a few times, but I end up buying online because the bedside manner of the team who works here are rather impersonal. I saw their optical tech yell at a customer how he was too busy to help her and I just shut down and decided to not wait to speak to him. But it’s also many of the salespeople who I’ve seen just stand around when the store is completely packed—you have to go to them and even then they just seem like they want to anything else but to help you.
