  A glorified pick up locker for online orders that happens to do walk-in purchases. Do not expect anything further. Staff cannot answer questions on warranty, customer service numbers, or really anything other than by the book sales.

  Had my glasses adjusted by Angela. She gave exquisite service. Watching her work felt like stepping back into a Renaissance sculptors studio. The way she handled the frames, careful, precise, almost reverent, like a sculptor shaping marble into something meaningful. Every adjustment was intentional. What I walked in with was bent and slightly off, what I walked out with felt balanced, aligned, and somehow… elevated. There’s something rare about someone who treats a small, everyday task with that level of care. It wasn’t rushed, it wasn’t mechanical, it was craft. And I could feel it. Someone give this woman a raise.

  Extremely rude customer service. Delivered my Ray Ban aviators with a slight tilt to the frame. However, they refused to acknowledge the same. The customer associate was not ready to offer a replacement, despite me being within the 45 day purchase window.

  Not sure where the "rude customer service" reviews are coming from because I had the best experience. I went in to get my nose pads replaced and my 5 year old Ray Bans feel brand new. It took 10 mins and free of charge. Not sure what other's expectations are but It doesn't get better than that.
