  Over they have Greta stuff. I have never been there and left without buying at least one thing. Taking off a star because sometimes it can over priced. Over love a great chest find

  They’re always full and packed with sellers. They need to put on their website or front door the hours they do accept buys. I called to see if they are still taking buys they said yes then when I got there, they said no. Everytime I call hours before the buying hours are over, they say they aren’t taking anymore. I understand how busy they get but they need to do some planning around it to not confuse customers and buyers. This has happened so many times they just say “first come first serve” then put that in your website. Traffic coming here is horrible for yall to pull this stuff every single time. Go to the location in round rock, the wait time is always less than 1/2 hours even with huge bags.

  I’ve traded here four times now and have had a good experience each time. I’ve never done the drop-off option because I actually enjoy browsing the store while I wait, and I usually end up finding some great things to take home. I also really like that you can use your trade credit toward purchases without paying tax on that portion, rather than just taking the cash payout. The buying process has always been pretty quick, the staff are friendly, and there’s enough selection that I don’t mind hanging around while they go through my stuff. Definitely one of my preferred spots for both trading and secondhand shopping.

  I am genuinely disgusted by a customer service experience I had at this location today. After bringing in three bags worth of valuable items for a second day in a row after donations were not being accepted yesterday along with calling this morning to ensure donations were once again being accepted, I was rudely accosted by an employee who told me only one bag was allowed per customer. After very calmly and clearly explaining how I called to ensure my donations would be accepted just to find out they wouldn’t after driving the 20 minutes back to the location, this adult female employee waved her hands at me in a mimicking gesture and told me she would no longer speak with me. I am appalled by this interaction especially considering I was calm and cordial with this employee while still explaining my frustration. I have been selling to Plato’s closet in both Dallas and Austin for many years and will NEVER be returning. I cannot believe the way I was just treated considering I was willing to sell three bags full of Urban Outfitters, Garage, Lululemon, Brandy Melville, Alo, etc. Do better.
