  The manager in the denim department is so horribly disrespectful to her employees. I was in store shopping and she was treating them like little kids and even made a few of them cry. I am so disappointed with the managers that Nordstrom has been hiring they are so rude and know nothing of the true Nordstrom way. My mom and I use to shop here all the time the employees used to look like they loved working there, and now they looked drained and miserable. It’s so sad

  Mark Myatt in Customer Experience was phenomenal! I had a formal event for which I forgot my Spanx at home. He delivered them to my hotel within an hour of my phone call ensuring that I’d look my best at our semi-formal event at ACL. Deepest gratitude for exceptional service that went above and beyond.

  I was shopping upstairs in the department by the bistro. I had just gotten there and a lady came to take my first few shirts that I picked up to the dressing room. I had not even got out of the free people section when she asked if I was ready to try on, I said that no I'm not ready. Then every 5-10 minutes someone would come ask again. I hadn't been there 45 minutes and over 10 times I was asked in the same part of the store. It was different people, except the first lady who I assumed was the manager, but one after another would ask and I felt like I was being rushed out. I tried on and came out with what I was buying. I usually hop around to the other sections so thats what I did, then came back to that section because I put something down that I went to find again. The same lady came and asked to take my things, I said no because I am buying them. She said she would take to the register and I said no, I usually try on again and make sure I want it and add up the total of the clothes. She then said " just so you know we only allow 10 items in the dressing room". I felt harassed by her, and it was said in a way that was rude. I tried on the clothes but was uncomfortable with the situation and at this point I had a headache from it all. I rushed to the nicer section that I usually shop in that has more high end clothes and told the cashier what happened and that I no longer wanted to go back to that section. Also, a top that I wanted had a lipstick stain on it and they did take it to alterations to get out but I had asked if I could order a new one and was told that was the last one. When I left I found the top on the app, it was not the last one. So I took the top back to another nordstrom and I was being told the clothes said on the computer system it had already been returned. I had to get a manager involved and tell them what happened. I was told there was a disagreement about who got the sale and they did something in the system that made it look as if the items were returned. The commission wasn't enough to be this desperate and to try and ruin someone's day. I have been shopping at this nordstrom since 2004, I have never had such a bad experience shopping anywhere. To me shopping usually is relaxing and therapeutic, it wasn't on this day and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop at this store again. If I need to shop I will do it either online or drive 30 minutes to the domain.
