I don’t know how Nordstrom can have someone like that managing one of there departments. Hoping to be taken care of by some kinder people and managers next time.

I came in for a return on behalf of my girlfriend, and even though I wasn’t shopping, Michael treated the interaction with a level of professionalism, positivity, and attentiveness that really stood out. His demeanor was upbeat, genuine, and service-oriented in a way you don’t see often. Honestly, it made me wish I was there to buy something. If you’re shopping for women’s shoes, I highly recommend asking for Michael. He creates an experience, not just a transaction, and represents the Nordstrom brand at a very high level.
