  They were amazing! I needed balloons early in the morning for my wife’s birthday surprise, and they even opened a little early for me. Everything was ready quickly, the balloons looked great, and the surprise turned out perfectly. Really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them.

  Yana is absolutely the best, I can’t say enough great things about her. She helped us plan exactly what we wanted, showing multiple designs and colors and locked down our date in advance. Before the party, she confirmed all designs, aligned on a time for installation and put everything together very quickly. She has tons of options and gets creative to meet your budget. I am nothing but impressed!! Thank you!!

  We are so happy with the balloons, but most importantly, the customer service was phenomenal. I was arranging a baby shower for my daughter in Texas while living in California, so I had multiple interactions and emails with Yana throughout the process. She was beyond amazing — so communicative, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. She matched the colors perfectly, delivered everything, and even helped us arrange them. Everything turned out beautiful. Yana is amazing, and I highly recommend her!

  Balloons from MY Party ATX were the perfect touch of classy magic for our Grad party. Nice people and great service, too. They even walked balloons downstairs and helped put them carefully into my car.

  Yana is fantastic! I visited the store because I wanted to discuss my event and requirements and pick out balloons myself. I wasn't sure what to expect but Yana went over and beyond, a level of professionalism that I haven't often seen. My theme was pink and gold for my daughter's sweet 16, and together we came up ideas and designs. We eventually decided on helium filled free floating balloons that had long streamers for added effect. She also designed a balloon column, which is built around a stand, so it was sturdy, well supported and re-positionable. The balloons were high quality and biodegradable, this was important to me. I requested delivery and installation and everything went very smoothly. I got exactly what I wanted, and the balloons were a big hit with my daughter and our guests. Thank you, Yana, for making our day special!
