  It appears this store rounds up your purchase to the nearest nickel, and that might depend on exactly how much change you have coming, but the cashier we had didnt tell us before taking our payment and i didnt see a sign informing customers of this as a policy. After we received our change I knew we had more coming but I wasnt going to haggle over a penny or even a few pennies, but I will leave a review about it. Every merchant I do business with in town rounds down, but apparently not this one and I doubt the cashier made the decision on his own to round up. Since I dont have the option of posting without choosing a star or stars I left one star; i would have much rather prefered to leave a comment without giving a rating but thats not an option.

  Brandis was so helpful. She was super kind and took the time to find several shorts (the style/length I wanted) for me to try. I found one that fit perfect thanks to her looking into all options. 5 stars to her for her kindness and great customer service.

  I stopped in here to kill some time before a movie and ended up talking with Brooke for a while. He taught me a few things about the shorts and we talked about the differences in performance with linerless and lined shorts. Though I wasn’t buying anything this visit, he made me feel very welcome and I really enjoyed chatting with him!

  The staff at the Barton Creek Lululemon went completely above and beyond for me! I had purchased a rare, hard-to-find Define Jacket from a Chicago store, but it was listed as "in-store pickup only"—and I live here in Austin.The Assistant Manager, Audrey, was incredibly bright, friendly, and eager to help. She stepped right in to coordinate the logistics and successfully get the jacket transferred and secured for me.The rest of the team was just as amazing:Brooke was fantastic and helped me finally figure out my perfect legging size.Casey tracked down and located the Chicago order details perfectly.Eugene handled my checkout and was absolutely wonderful. He is moving to NYC soon—which is where I am from—so we had a great time chatting about it. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful!They provided such an amazing shopping environment that I even ended up buying another Define Jacket in the gorgeous new Pink Flare color while I was there today!This location has unmatched customer service. Thank you all so much for turning a stressful logistics puzzle into a delightful experience!
