Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I had purchased a rare, hard-to-find Define Jacket from a Chicago store, but it was listed as "in-store pickup only"—and I live here in Austin.The Assistant Manager, Audrey, was incredibly bright, friendly, and eager to help. She stepped right in to coordinate the logistics and successfully get the jacket transferred and secured for me.The rest of the team was just as amazing:Brooke was fantastic and helped me finally figure out my perfect legging size.Casey tracked down and located the Chicago order details perfectly.Eugene handled my checkout and was absolutely wonderful. He is moving to NYC soon—which is where I am from—so we had a great time chatting about it. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful!They provided such an amazing shopping environment that I even ended up buying another Define Jacket in the gorgeous new Pink Flare color while I was there today!This location has unmatched customer service. Thank you all so much for turning a stressful logistics puzzle into a delightful experience!

I had to waste my time and gas to drive all the way back to the store to have them remove one of my security tags on the shirt. When I got there they did not offer to do anything for my trouble and they also did not check my receipt for the item which I had they just removed the tag. Currently I would not recommend this store location to anyone.
