  I really appreciate how easy it is to exchange damaged items under their 1 year policy. It really increases my trust in the quality of the products. Staff is always kind and helpful.

  Great customer service. Keegan went above and beyond when checking us out with a friendly and positive demeanor plus making sure we got the same discount we did when we purchased the item online. Thank you Keegan. Service is a lost art these days and it was so nice to experience it.

  Lululemon is clean, well-laid-out, and somehow makes basic workout gear feel premium 😅 Staff is helpful without being pushy, which I appreciate. Men’s section is solid but pricey—definitely “invest in yourself” territory. Quality is great, just wish my bank account felt as strong as their fabrics 🏋️‍♂️💸

  I will say the quality isn’t what it used to be. With that said I’m leaving a good review because I bought from the outlets in San Marcos and it came new with a hole. Took it to the domain because I live here and was like I really don’t want to drive back at all. Can you help in anyway. The coolest 5 foot tall boss lady took me from thinking I wasted $70 to saying we got you. Yes, I did end up spending hundreds more but I’m happy it’s with a company that when I thought i was out would help… the opposite happened at the lulu in San Marcos. Bought something once and had an issue with them giving me the wrong size and lost hundreds. I wanted work shorts and asked for 6 of the same shorts at the same size. They gave me three with the wrong size and drove back for them to make a reason not to help. Just pay the extra $10 an item and come to the real store
