  I meant to leave this review a bit ago but I wanted to give Carson her credit! I had gone into the store to quality promise a tank top, hoping to swap for a jacket instead. I had 30 minutes to get this done and as I was looking through racks of very similar jackets, I noticed that Carson was wearing an ADORABLE pullover. I asked her which one it was and if I could buy it in-store, she let me know exactly that info. We talked through the differences between the French terry line and Scuba line, ultimately deciding the French terry was for me. Carson even helped me decide on a color, and when my size wasn’t on the floor, she made the decision to leave her zone and find it for me because I was on a time crunch and no one else could help. That said, I learned it was her first day at Lulu! Her joy about Lulu’s product was infectious and her stellar customer service made my experience all the more delightful. I hope that employees, like Carson are continually poured into, as they really elevate store culture and guest experience.

  This store has the sweetest and super helpful employees! The ones working both on the floor and in the fitting rooms were amazing. A huge thank you to our cashier, Kailu. She was so nice and charismatic. Will definitely be coming back🩷

  Amanda was amazing, as a Lululemon hater coming in the store for jokes. Amanda changed my experience and now I bought an amazing jacket.

  The most over rated store I've ever been to, plain shirt and plain pants in any basic color u want. Woop de doo!

  Shoutout to Megan and Morgan for their outstanding customer service! They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and made my day with their kindness and great advice. I am so happy with my Fast and Free shorts and will definitely be coming back
