The most helpful staff of any Lulu in town. Alexa especially is SO helpful and sweet! Love that it’s a smaller store, too.

I recently visited this Lululemon location and had an amazing experience thanks to Jess. She was not only knowledgeable about the products, but also incredibly attentive to my needs. Jess encouraged me to try on some pieces I wouldn't have thought to try on myself and helped me find the perfect shirt (first Lululemon purchase, and I was just visiting Austin from Toronto!) Her expertise and genuine interest in helping me find what I was looking for made all the difference. Jess was supportive and I didn't feel pressured or stressed while shopping... While we have plenty of Lululemon stores in Toronto, I'd likely swing by this store next time I'm visiting! The store may not be the biggest, but Jess is truly a gem!

Very helpful staff. Even though the place was pretty full, we felt taken care of and helped in a timely manner. Thanks!
