  Buyer beware they don’t stand behind their products Bought a bunch of rosemary and planted and one or two died My landscaper told me often places will replace if one or two died (followed their instructions and the others survived so seems like one or two duds) I went to ask… and I hate to say it cuz they were nice the first time but I was surprised at the smugness of the ladies answer She says sorry nothing we can do out of our control ok fine and then she’s like well buy another and I’m asking ok fine if not free (I get that planting is a gamble) can you offer a discount perhaps (even a token 10% on a replacement plant would have been acceptable) and she replies ‘we can offer to sell you another plant’ I get it, your policy is your policy (your policy sucks though!) but I spent a not insignificant amount of money with them and to give such a smug condescending answer was off putting. I would have probably said ‘not buying from them again because they don’t stand behind their product’ and moved on but the smug and rude treatment is why I decided to warn others with this review Buyer beware!

  Just want to give a BIG shout out to CJ Rankin! The previous management recommended him to me and for good reason. He possesses exceptional customer service and excellent relationship building skills. In addition to being knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. I always keep coming back as their plants grow bigger, stronger and more resilient than ones purchased from big box stores. I also like the MicroLife organic products they carry.

  It appears to be a thriving wholesale nursery, with great selection. It says open to the public for retail...hmmm well it is not particularly retail friendly. Most of the vast inventory isn't labeled and does not have prices. The staff doesn't really have time to deal with retail buyers. They hand out a retail price list that doesn't really make sense. For retail customers the best way to go there is knowing exactly what you are looking for, Or go there with a landscaper who knows whats what. So 5 stars for wholesale and 2 for retail.
