  Zene was an amazingly spectacular salesperson! I walked in, having a hard time with the previous shop with how I was treated, but Zene rectified that within minutes. Introduced himself, the history of the store, went over every single detail of the watch, story behind each watch and was patient with me. Helped me grabbed the watch I wanted but also, showed me possibilities of others in the future!

  Where to start! I didn’t know what to expect walking in, especially since I had a few different requests, but I was instantly greeted by Jessica, who is the absolute best! She was incredibly patient with me, my wife, and even our kids, haha. She really took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable about all things jewelry and made navigating the store in search of our dream pieces such a great experience. I’m genuinely excited to make these purchases for my wife and myself, knowing they’ll be some of the most informed and thoughtful purchases I’ve ever made. Thanks again, Jessica! Looking forward to many more great conversations and visits in the future!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Jessica over at Korman. We came in to look at some Jewelry and the warmth and friendliness that Jessica provided made the experience 10/10 from being personal with us, to getting our item customized. This process is what made us decide to go with Korman over another local shop. I highly recommended Korman for anyone looking for Jewelry or Watches. And I high recommend Jessica to work with!

  Korman is one of the most beautiful jewelry stores we have visited. The space is thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and exceptionally well arranged. It feels luxurious without being intimidating, and the comfortable, welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to take your time and enjoy the experience. From the moment you walk through the door, the entire team is friendly and attentive. Griffin, the vice president of sales, is often near the front of the store and has personally greeted us every single time we have visited. He is particularly knowledgeable about watches, which is a valuable and somewhat uncommon area of expertise to have in-store. He is always welcoming and readily available to answer questions or share his perspective. Melinda has been our primary point of contact, and she is truly exceptional. Her decades of experience in the jewelry industry are immediately apparent. She has extensive knowledge of jewelry, designers, and the different styles and craftsmanship represented throughout the store. What makes Melinda particularly good at what she does is her ability to listen carefully, understand a client’s personal style, and then identify pieces that genuinely suit them. She is patient, informative, and never makes the experience feel pressured. She provides the background and guidance needed to make a confident decision, while still allowing you the space to decide what feels right. The inventory at Korman is extensive and beautifully curated. There is an impressive variety of designers, styles, and price points, with something for nearly everyone. Whoever oversees the buying and selection for the store does an outstanding job. In our experience, the collection is more interesting, distinctive, and thoughtfully selected than what we have found at other local jewelry stores. Larry, one of the owners, is also wonderful. He regularly spends time on the floor with customers, always greeting people with a smile and taking a genuine interest in what they are looking for. He listens, engages, and never seems too busy to spend a few minutes with you. That level of personal involvement from an owner says a great deal about the culture of the business. Melinda’s follow-up has also been excellent. She understands our interests and periodically lets us know when something arrives that we might appreciate or when the store is hosting an event. My wife even attended one of Korman’s ear-piercing parties and had a wonderful time. The events add a fun, social dimension to the store and make Korman feel like more than simply a place to purchase jewelry. Korman offers a beautiful environment, an exceptional selection, and knowledgeable, genuinely caring service. We have consistently had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the store, Melinda, Griffin, and the entire Korman team.
