  My fiancée and I had an incredible experience working with Gabriella at Korman on her engagement ring. Gabriella was patient, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. She knew when to guide us and share her perspective, but also gave us the space to explore and figure out what felt right to us. Buying an engagement ring is a meaningful decision and Gabriella treated it that way. The entire experience felt personal, intentional, and genuinely enjoyable — a stark contrast to another jeweler we visited in Austin. Gabriella earned our trust and it was truly a pleasure working with her. I'm already looking forward to working with her again for future milestones.

From start to finish, Samantha provided truly excellent, professional service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and understands how important these timepieces are to their owners. My Submariner looks and runs perfectly.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Korman is in a league of its own. From the moment you walk through the door, the storefront sets the tone — stunning, sophisticated, and unlike anything else in Austin. The atmosphere is warm yet elevated, the kind of place that makes you feel like every visit is a special occasion. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Cristóbal. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and excited about our purchase — never pushy, always resourceful, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Korman Jewelers doesn't just sell jewelry — they create an experience. We cannot wait to come back. Highest recommendation, without hesitation!

  I had an outstanding experience with Korman and wanted to share it. I own a Tudor Pelagos 42 and recently broke a spring bar while switching from a strap back to the bracelet. I called several authorized Tudor retailers across Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Some didn’t have the part in stock, one never returned my call, and another told me the spring bar would need to be special ordered. Then I called Korman. Although my first call wasn’t answered, someone called me back within 30 seconds. He apologized, offered to order the spring bar for just a few dollars, and then followed up shortly afterward to let me know he had actually found one in stock and would hold it for me. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the store. It is beautiful, welcoming, and exceptionally well maintained. A sales associate named Zene took my watch to the watchmaker. Since it was my first time wearing the bracelet, I also needed links removed. A short time later, he returned with the spring bar installed, the bracelet sized, and everything adjusted perfectly. He even took the time to show me how the bracelet’s adjustment system worked. When I offered to pay for the service, he politely refused and told me it was complimentary. While I was there, I spent some time looking around the showroom and noticed a platinum Rolex Daytona with a meteorite dial priced noticeably below comparable examples I’ve seen elsewhere. Combined with the service I received, it left me with the impression that Korman values long-term relationships over one-time transactions. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping. In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, Korman absolutely stands out. They turned what should have been a simple few dollar spring bar transaction into an experience that earned my trust and future business. I will definitely be back. Thank you to Zene and the entire Korman team for the exceptional service.

He has an incredible eye, listens carefully, and somehow always sees possibilities I never would have imagined. Every piece we’ve redesigned together has exceeded my expectations.
