- MPMaxwell PurcellAug 1, 20261.0I was in there for 20-30 minutes, nobody offered to help me or my gf. The fabrics feel like sandpaper and look like fast-fashion slop. Nordstrom is literally right down the road and we has somebody walk halfway across the store to help us. Tory Burch and Neiman Marcus employees were also way nicer It just seems like the entire store's culture is to act cold and unhelpful. We ended up not buying anything all
