  I had a bad experience today 2/15 with Anna (Ana?) at the Domain location around 2:30pm. I had begun a transaction to purchase fine jewelry and she ended taking a return in the middle of my transaction which left a bad taste in my mouth. I was more than ready to pay and leave once I had requested what I wanted to purchase and I value my free time. Anna then explained to me that they were out of paper for gift receipts and that I would need to email the receipt to the recipient. That’s when I decided it would be better to order online or find another jeweler. Don’t waste your time at this store. Update: I sent an email on 2/24 and never received a reply - not even an automated one.

  Disappointing Experience on Mother’s Day Updated: Professional and Positive Follow-Up Originally, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience during a Mother’s Day visit. I was ignored upon entering, given the wrong item, and felt dismissed when I returned to resolve the issue. It was upsetting, especially given the nature of the purchase. However, I’m happy to update my review after being contacted by Customer Service. They were professional, attentive, and sincerely apologetic. They took my concerns seriously and worked to make things right. I plan to enjoy the earrings I purchased, and I appreciate the effort to restore my trust. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds matters—and in this case, their follow-up was excellent. I’m grateful for the resolution and wanted to reflect that in my updated rating.

  I had the BEST experience working with Samantha O. She was so easy to talk to about a delivery issue I had experienced and made it seamless both via email and over the phone. Her customer service was outstanding and although I am not local, I'd ask for her any time I visit in. Ask for Samantha O on your next visit!!!

  Samantha went above and beyond in helping my mom pick out her timeless, perfect jewelry pieces! Everyone in the store was so warm and welcoming! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back!
