  gorjana is an absolutely beautiful jewelry store that I adore visiting. The collection is elegant, modern and incredibly versatile with pieces that are perfect for everyday wear as well as special occasions. The quality of the jewelry is exceptional and the designs are timeless yet fresh making every piece feel like a genuine investment. The store itself is bright, stylish and inviting with a wonderfully curated layout that makes browsing a true pleasure. The staff is warm, attentive and genuinely excited to help you find exactly what you are looking for without any pressure whatsoever. Whether you are treating yourself or shopping for a gift, gorjana never disappoints. It is one of my absolute favorite jewelry destinations in Austin and I recommend it enthusiastically to everyone.

  Honestly expected a better visit. Felt like you needed an appointment. (Not enough staff to help customers. ). No one greeted me. No one spoke to me. Not a bad store. Just bad customer service model.

  I always have the absolute best experience at Gorjana Austin thanks to Suzy and Haley. Suzy is truly the best stylist — she has such an eye for jewelry and always makes the entire styling process feel effortless and fun. She listens to what I like every time and helps me put together pieces that feel so “me,” but elevated. Haley, the manager, delivered next-level customer service. She made everything seamless, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience and her team. If you’re looking for personalized styling, best affordable jewelry and amazing service, this is the place. I am obsessed!

  Staff is helpful and kind Large selection of gold basics. It’s good for staple pieces, but doesn’t have very unique options. My only issue is that they sell either solid gold or gold plate. For those who don’t know, gold plate is the weakest and cheapest form of gold jewelry. It’s odd to combine high-end solid gold with the cheapest gold option. I wish they had gold filled or PVD gold plated (which is stronger and lasts a lifetime compared to standard, weak gold plate)
