  Love frame bridge !!! All the employees are so nice and helpful there and Jamie especially helped me pick a gorgeous frame. Everything I get framed here comes out gorgeous!

  We used Framebridge to frame all of our wedding mementos, including wedding photos, menus from a restaurant on our honeymoon, our vow books, etc… everything was beyond perfect! Christopher was excellent at pushing me creatively while honoring my vision, urging me to explore fun patterns and frames that I might not have picked myself (and that I now LOVE)! Fair pricing for custom work and the team was agreeable to change out the framing hardware when we changed our mind a few days after pick up. Would recommend!

  I recently visited their store to get a couple of pictures framed, while collecting those I also decided to get our degree certificates framed. While my first visit was excellent, I was very disappointed the second time. The overall quality of their frames is excellent and the person I worked with during my first visit was pretty helpful in showing us different options and suggesting us a few things on her own. But when we returned to get our degree certificates framed, we interacted with a different member from their team who didn’t have good recommendations, was hesitant a bit to show us different options, and not enthusiastic overall. Towards the end we ended up browsing things on our end, customising the entire projects ourselves. For degrees that I have taken several years to earn and for a custom framing experience that costs quite a bit, I would prefer to interact with more experienced and trained staff. I also think the store needs a bit more lighting, it was very hard to differentiate some of the colors at times.
