  The worst service and attitude towards customer. The young lady at counter was slow and probably new as she could not do cancel pickup and explain me the process of recharge on card for ordering other size. On seeking clarity, she got offended and asked if I want to even buy the top. That’s very rude behavior- not coming here again. No wonder, this express store is least popular among other stores. Noone greets or provides help in this store. I would rather drive 10 miles to barton creek rather coming here in future

  I had a very upsetting experience at this Express in Austin. An employee loudly accused me of ‘destroying’ the clothes while I was simply checking sizes on shirts that were not on hangers, which was humiliating and unnecessary. I felt inappropriately harassed and embarrassed in front of other shoppers. The manager did apologize and said I was allowed to touch items, but this behavior is not acceptable and I hope management takes appropriate action so no other customer is treated this way. I also urge the store to put sample items on hangers or display them more clearly, because if everything is folded on shelves, customers have no way to shop without touching the clothes, if your employees are frustrated by customers simply looking through items, they should not be working in customer-facing roles. I would also like this complaint to be escalated to Express corporate so they are aware of how customers are being treated at this location.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with Stephanie tonight. I returned several items, all unused and all with tags attached. Instead of handling the return professionally, she took an accusatory tone and told me multiple times that she “couldn’t find the tag on the dress,” even after I explained twice the tag should be on the dress. It was unused. I never remove the tags. When she eventually found the tag and realized she was mistaken, she snapped at me as soon as I pointed it out and then walked away. It was extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I didn’t even purchase anything else because of how uncomfortable the interaction was. I won’t be returning to this location.
