- FHFirouze HakimiJul 30, 20265.0I wanted to give a big thank you to Kira for her outstanding customer service at the Domain Express store. A few days ago, I placed several online orders and needed to make some returns and possibly exchange a few items. My original plan was to go to the Round Rock outlet, but I found out online returns had to be processed at a regular Express store, so I drove to the Domain location instead. As soon as I walked in, Kira greeted me with a warm welcome. I explained that I needed to make a return but was hoping to exchange for something else. From that moment on, she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I ended up having three separate transactions, and throughout the entire process she never once seemed rushed or bothered. She took the time to recommend outfits that matched my style, brought me additional pieces to try, and truly made the experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize the young gentleman working at the register. He was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process. Together, they made the experience smooth and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that they treated me like I was there to shop, not just return merchandise. That's a level of service you don't always find. Thanks to Kira's great eye for fashion and exceptional customer service, I left with outfits that I absolutely love. Thank you, Kira, and the entire Domain Express team, for going above and beyond. Express is fortunate to have employees who genuinely care about their customers. I'll definitely be back!

The young lady at counter was slow and probably new as she could not do cancel pickup and explain me the process of recharge on card for ordering other size. On seeking clarity, she got offended and asked if I want to even buy the top. That’s very rude behavior- not coming here again. No wonder, this express store is least popular among other stores. Noone greets or provides help in this store. I would rather drive 10 miles to barton creek rather coming here in future
