I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid an additional fee for expedited delivery because I needed the arrangement delivered within the hour for a birthday. It was supposed to arrive between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM yesterday, but it never showed up. Our business was open until 8:00 PM, so there was no reason it couldn’t have been delivered. When I called the next day, I was initially told they had proof it was delivered yesterday. However, while I was meeting with my team, the arrangement was actually delivered today, proving it had not been delivered when promised. When I asked for any proof or information showing it had been attempted for deliver yesterday, they couldn’t provide anything. To verify what happened, we even checked the security camera at the front of our business. No one came to our door yesterday other than clients, confirming that no delivery attempt was made. All I requested was a refund of the expedited delivery fee since the service I paid extra for was never provided. Instead, I was told that because I eventually received the arrangement, they would not refund anything and that I could “just dispute it with my credit card company.” What made the experience even worse was the representative’s attitude. She told me that I didn’t need to get upset because it didn’t matter since the arrangement was delivered today anyway. It absolutely does matter. I paid extra for same-day expedited delivery because it was for a birthday, and by the time it arrived, her birthday was already over. The entire reason for paying the additional fee was defeated. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility, dismissing a customer’s concerns, and providing such poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Edible Arrangements store. The main reason is how they treat customers. I ordered a birthday delivery and they called the afternoon of the delivery day, shortly before they closed, and said that the delivery person couldn't find the right address. I called the recipient (my family member) to see if there was any additional directions that could be provided to help. When I called back (twice) at the number they told me to call, I was sent to voicemail. When they eventually called me back, they said they don't check their voicemail! Then the representative repeated the additional directions back to me incorrectly and with attitude, saying that the perishable gift may not get there because we gave faulty directions.. which was not the case. And when I asked what we should do if the order doesn't arrive, she said, call your family, it's not our problem, we'll be closed by then. By some miracle, the fruit platter did arrive at closing time, but as you can see from the photo, the grapes weren't the kind of fresh that you'd typically serve, especially not as a gift that was paid for by a customer. A very needless and strange treatment of people and potentially repeat customers.

Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement and it took them all day to deliver I understand they can deliver up to 7pm at night but that doesn’t mean they actually should I made this order 2 days in advance to make sure that it will get delivered on time I called the store 4 times to get a eta and nobody is picking up I’m not even understanding why corporate stills allow this location to be open especially after seeing the reviews but none the less this will be my last time ordering from them

Husband ordered an arrangement for me for Mother's Day and it arrived warm and gross. We called the store 10+ times over the last couple of days with not a single person ever answering the phone. **Finally spoke to someone and they use a 3rd party delivery service. Sounds like that's a large part of their issue but freshness is not guaranteed and I would not suggest ordering from here.**

Garbage these strawberries did not have any decoration on them no white lines no black lines no nothing and they were all scattered in the box. The tops look like crap. It look like a two-year-old dipped them and threw them in a box. I just spent over $100 For some cupcakes that looked dishevelled in a box of strawberries that were just thrown together in a box I expect Customer service to do something about this. There’s so many bad reviews. It’s time somebody does something about this. It’s not fair. We spend good money and edible arrangements is not cheap and we get shady service. Your head office will be hearing from me.
