- AVArturo Sampedro VidalJun 22, 20261.0Tengo el criterio de este almacén, el día 8 de agosto compré 2 pares de tenis en este lugar, uno los compré físico en la tienda y el otro par los pagué en la tienda y me dijeron que me llegaría un correo que nunca llegó y que los tenis llegarían en un plazo de 4 a 7 días y nunca llegaron, me dirigí al lugar nuevamente y me dijeron lo mismo y ni el correo llegó ni los zapatos tampoco, hoy nuevamente fuí y me dijeron llamara a servicio al cliente para una devolución de mis tenis y no me puedo comunicar con este por el idioma y la mneger de este lugar me dijo que tenian opciones para español cosa que no es asi, al parecer perdí mi dinero y mis zapatos, es por eso que les digo que no compren nada online en este lugar pues no hay seguridad de que lleguen a sus manos, al menos es mi caso
